Give models that were re-uploaded by non-original creators a seperate category

I think it is not fair to have re-uploaded models compete with creators who make their own models. Maybe it would be better to add a toggle button for confirming the originality of the models when uploading. In the category of 'base model', 'tool' and 'concept' there are too many models which are just re-uploaded by people who aren't the original creators, that is discouraging the original creators to make their own models.

There are some re-uploaders even re-upload the models already shared on civitai (yeah...not even from huggingface) to try to top leaderboard, even if they credit the original creator's civitai account, people are not giving 5 stars to the original creator. There will be more re-uploaded models of re-uploaded models of re-uploaded models if there's no restrictions.

I understand that civitai also doesn't want to discourage re-uploaders by excluding them entirely from the rank, that's why I am asking could you give reuploaded models a seperate category just like XL models? I think that would be best for both original creators and re-uploaders.
