Get rid of notification about monthly billing for a club if you are on a free tier

I am on the free tier for many, and i mean many, clubs. Randomly i am just getting notification left and right for new monthly billing. The first time i saw these i freaked out and also was confused about what was being billed as none of these clubs i am in a premium tier. If you are on the free tier, I think you shouldn't get these notifications.
