For new image/ post ui, add a way to indicate that you reacted to an image

So it's not that big of a deal, but with the last ui, when you clicked a reaction it would change color and with the new ui the color does not change. I think the color should change or maybe an indication to make sure you clicked a reaction. It just feels weird is all. Number do go bigger but I'm sure some people may not follow that as the indicator.
