Flipbook Pseudo Animation Possibility?

So, my knowledge on AI gen of images is limited, but is it possible that say there is an image generated that we like, and we want it to do a small action of some sort, like a bootleg GIF.

Similar to how flipbooks work, the ones where consecutive photos are taken of a subject doinga movement then flipping throught the pages so the frames, each still image blends to make a bootleg animation.

Is it possible to do this for a AI generated image? like can the AI then manipulate (produce consecutive captures [images]) the generated image combine the captures to create a pseudo animation
