Filter and Sort - "NEW" means "Actually New" (Option to filter out "Updated")

I don’t really want to see “updated” posts, when I’m sorted by “new” - especially since so many authors cram 500 things into one model page, meaning they’re frequently updating it, but you have no clue what/how/why it got updated.

Actual new submissions should be rewarded with visibility when people are sorting by “new” - it’s what they want when they sort that way. Nowhere else that I’ve ever seen online treats “sort by newest” as “show me latest updated”.
