Feature request: regional pricing

I love civitai, and would love to support it by buying a subscription. The problem is, where I live, even the cheapest ~$10/month subscription can buy a reasonably nice lunch and dinner for ~4 days. Is there any chance you can offer regional pricing reflective of purchasing power in different countries (e.g. like steam), or, failing that, just offering a very light 'supporter' plan that is closer to $4-5/month?
