Feature request for BUZZ REFUND notification

I was asking on discord and seems this hasn't been planned yet. Since there is already a BUZZ section in the notifications, if BUZZ gets refunded for failed generations or any reason really, maybe that could get sent to the user in the notification pane.

I myself have a terrible time keeping track of my balance on the dashboard. At least this way if a notification comes through you wouldn't have people like me asking if they got refunded.
