Feature Request: Enhanced Creator Management

I would like to propose the addition of a new category within the following feature that allows users to filter and organize their followed creators. As a user with a large number of followed creators, it can be challenging to manage and find specific creators. An additional category specifically for "Friends" or "Favorite Creators" would greatly enhance the user experience by allowing for easier navigation and organization of followed content.
