Exclude LoRA's creator from being sent for mod approval for PG-13 images on no-NSFW LoRAs.

The rating thing is way too eager to hand out PG-13 ratings and it’s annoying when these get blocked. It’s outright frustrating however when uploading a cover image for your model and it turns out to have been sent to mod queue because the system declared it had too much ankle visible. When it’s stuck waiting for approval it means you don’t have a cover image or example images for your model, which makes impressions much worse in its important first few hours (because sort by newest is the only real way to find models without explicitly looking for them)
