Enable Early Access excemptions

I would love to have a feature where we could “whitelist” specific users or groups of users to be excepmt from the Early Access charge when publishing an early access version of a model.

An example of groups could be followers.

Just a way for us as creators to say “thank you” to those who support us in other ways, while enabling some people to do more tests (like refining prompts or testing different model combinations) without being charged extra for helping us creators.
