Don't rename model files or, alternatively, let me rename the uploaded files

I had uploaded inpainting model files (id 403361) of Juggernaut XL with the original filename being juggernautXL_juggernautX.inpainting.safetensors, but a user just reported that when downloading it, Civitai renames it to juggernautXL_juggernautX.safetensors -- that's not the correct filename, that overwrites the non-inpainting model!

Either don't rename the uploaded files, or let me rename them without having to first delete them and then reupload again with a different name -- that's just horribly stupid as uploading an almost 7GiB file takes over 10 minutes!

EDIT: Turns out that reuploading doesn't work, either! The file's are still being downloaded with the wrong filename, even though I uploaded with a new name! Useless!
