Do I need to log in to download models?

I am using Stable Diffusion with Paperspace.

I posted about the problem the other day, but this time, it shows "Saved" in the notebook, but when I launch the webUI, I can't use it.

According to the message below, I need to log in first to download the model file. How should I deal with it?
