Discord verification

Please use Double Counter bot for alts and spam. I've been pinged over 100 times the last few weeks from spam accounts on the official discord. This can be avoided in two ways

1. Double Counter Discord bot(requires users to verify before. This prevents alts)

2. Make your own bot and have the users verify they have an active civitai account then have the bot give them a role.

Both of these will help keep spam bots out to a point won't be perfect but it's something!
