Disable "Remix" on images with prompt against ToS

There are images with prompt that produces ToS violation warning when using Remix option on them to generate images with onsite generator. This is unexpected for most users as new and casual users would not expect there to be such images. A relatively simple solution could be to do the same check on prompt during the image upload that is done on image generation and disable Remix option for images that don't pass it (while still allowing them on site).
