Differentiate between on-site generation and external generation services in model settings

Hey, as of now disabling the "generation service" checkbox when posting a model also disables it from civitais own on site generation service. I would like all of my models to be usable on civit itself, but not on external ones tho, this is why having a differentiation there would be nice!
