Description in Posts on Top & Post Galery Titles

If youre posting something the Descriptions are always on the Bottom of the Page, so many not even see it.

I realy would like to use it as some Sort of Intro, so it would be nice if you could move the Text above the Pictures.

Aditional I would like to have my Posts in the Profile with a Title, so People know what I have post without opening it.
