Cyberpunk contest should allow option to sort by "Newest"

I am happy that by default, the contest entries are now displayed randomly so that even older entries have a chance to be seen by voters.

This should be the default view. On the other hand, the view by "Newest" option should still be available for those who just want to see the latest entries.

This is useful for participants to check to make sure that their submissions have been accepted. This is also useful for people who like to follow the contest closely. It would be a bit frustrating and a waste of time if they have to scan past random entries that they've seen before just so that they can collect or vote for new entries.
