create/download button disparity

I suggest making the buttons the same size. The "create" button takes up all the real estate even though a large portion of visitors are likely just looking for the download. Make them different colours, too: I recommend orange or red. Do no make them both shades of blue, as that confuses the pattern recognition part of the brain.
