Create a webpage with every possible tag for all models and images

I want to literally find everything ever made on this website, but the site does NOT have all the possible tags that can be applied for everything. I once saw a custom tag that is highly popular on other sites, but here there is only like 3 images listed for it despite there being thousands of images that are applicable to those tags. We deserve better tag categorization and we need direct access to ALL POSSIBLE TAGS. I intend to scour every last corner of this site until i have seen everything
