Combine similar/identical notifications (eg article comments)

Almost 100 people have responded to an article ("Blocked by OctoML" what does that mean? | Civitai) since I first replied to someone on it. I didn't mind the notifications at all, but I received 78 of them since last night. It'd be nice in that case to not have to filter through them to see if there are notifications for other things.

Current Behavior:

[user1] responded to a article thread you're in
[user2] responded to a article thread you're in
[user3] responded to a article thread you're in
    [...]
[userN] responded to a article thread you're in

Desired Behavior:

[userN], [userN-1], and [N-2] others responded to an article thread you're in.
