Clearance time stamp to determine order on page, not publishing time stamp if there is one

Hi, a small issue for me, but maybe a big one for some. I noticed that my posts now all require a mod to look over them. When they then get published, the time stamp of the original publishing is used to determine the display position on the front page (sorting "new" of course) not the clearance time stamp. Since I generate for myself mostly, I don't really care. The pics on my account will be found if one has the same interests as I. However, I imagine that, if I'm not a special case, some people will think it's unfair for their posts to be placed lower on the page and not on the top, i.e. the posts would get less exposure to new viewers since they were never at the very top of new, if you can follow the reasoning.
