Cancel hiding content from a user

Hi, I'd like to have a function with which I can cancel hiding content from a user, meaning that a small pop-up would appear for maybe 5-10 seconds (similar to the tip feature) so that there is the opportunity to cancel hiding the content from that user.

I have accidentally hidden users when I only wanted to remove an image from a collection and clicked too fast. Then I couldn't find that user anymore in the settings because the hidden users list is not chronological by time of hiding the user, if I see it correctly.
