Can we get some better furry filters?

Near as I can tell, I have no option to turn off furry porn. I have the option to filter out the general furry term, but that will also remove half the animated images on here and I don't want that.

I'm sure I'm not in a minority when I say my time here would only improve if I never had to see another dog dick, detailed dragon's asshole or horse's vagina again. Unless I'm missing something, there doesn't seem to be any option to keep normal nudity and cute images while filtering out the more extreme mixture of the two.
