Can we get a way to hide deleted users from gallery?

Can we get a way to hide deleted users posts in a gallery. There are some users who have deleted their account and they aren't using/ making anything with the model, just random cross posts that many of my models were included in. You can't hide them in the gallery because you don't know their original name.
