Buzz rewards for cross-posts

Many Lora creators struggle to get enough buzz from images using their resources. We cant scrape enough buzz to create more loras or even generate images.

Solution 1: Divide the buzz earned by the resources used.
Solution 2: There is already a cap of 1 for the first post, i don't agree that this will be an infinite buzz generator.
