Bulk Permissions Changer

Something I'd love to see implemented is a mass permissions changer.
When i started here this was a hobby, I loved being able to do what can be done with AI. In the meantime this has transformed into a business and with that in mind I'd like to protect my work better. Basically I have nearly 400 releases with carefree permissions, it would be nice to change them in bulk instead of going through them all. In that regard it would be nice to be able to create several templates that have my preferred permissions, tags and categories predefined, second request is just laziness on my part but would be nice. :-D
