Bounty Judging Period

Currently, Bounties go directly from Active to Expired. I feel that a judging period (potentially adjustable, but maybe between 3 days to a week default?), with a notification reminder for the bounty poster every day they haven't awarded their bounty would go a long way for ease of access for bounties.
