Bounty Feature ( First submission Award)

Hi I'm just wondering if there is anyway to incorporate a feature that either changes the bounty from a timer to a first submission and automatically rewards the first submission so that the bounty hunters know its not a timed thing or alternatively forces the person who put the bounty out to adhere to the schedule they put out, for example if they say 1 days, they cannot award the bounty early.

As someone that does bounties quite regularly I find myself working towards a bounty, going to submit it, then only to see the bounty has a submission and its already awarded. Its frustrating if you have been working on something and not even get the chance to submit it.

If I knew the person looking for a submission just wanted the first one available then I might not even waste my time, because I take a lot of time to do mine, as I want to produce the best possible quality stuff. So if there was a way for the bounty poster to just mark the post as first bounty wins it would be a great help.
