Currently, bounties have deadlines.
But bounties can be closed ahead of time as well.
I feel like there's something unfair towards someone working on something if the bounty closes without any warning or heads up.
I would like it if closing a bounty had a 24h countdown.
You can pick a winner already as is, but the actual bounty isn't awarded until 24h after. In this time, new submissions could be entered
If a new bounty has entered during the grace period, the bounty is not automatically awarded, since the bounty creator should be obliged to review the new entry to be fair to all creators.
After the 24h is out, the bounty creator can award the bounty to any model, or cancel the 24h notification if they want to.
Additionally, any user that has signed up to TRACK the bounty, should receive an email and a notification on the site that a bounty is about to be rewarded within 24h.
To prevent abuse and notification annoyances, each bounty should only be allowed to do this once. Or at least have a grace period based based on the time remaining so that this isn't misused as a pingy spam situation.
