The sidebar when creating a bounty is overly confusing if read strictly and comes across as unfinished. It's clearly written as rules for bounties on real people/real people as fictional characters and doesn't really work for bounties on non-live action characters (video games, cartoons, etc.), styles, memes, clothing or loads of other request types, but uses all encompassing language.
