Bounties for retraining an existing resource on different base model

Since SD1.5, SDXL, PDXL, and ILXL (SD based models) can use the same training data and “just” need another set of training to convert, it would be nice if there was an official way to offer blue buzz to a creator (and just the creator) to pay for their costs of retraining a resource to a different SD based model. Would potentially allow multiple users to contribute toward the retrain cost (5 users chip in 100).

Possible restrictions include limiting retrain requests to resources trained on site in the first place, refunding (either proportionally or last in) any buzz not used on the retraining OR capping the size of the retrain bounty to limit ability for bot accounts to move buzz around (1000 buzz would be more than enough for very high settings for that family but far too small to be practical means of moving buzz after training costs.),
