Blocking Feature can be exploited

Problem:
I just realized, when a user comments ill intended remark on a creators model and blocks the creator afterwards, the creator is unable to
1) Respond
2) Defend themselves
3) Unable to read further community comments
4) Unable to comment on further community comments

Solution:
A creator must always be able to respond to all comments of his creations.
Option 1: The user that blocked the creator appears as “blocked user” to the creator, the ability to respond and comment stays in tact.
Option 2: If an ill spirited user comments and blocks the creator, the post gets automatically deleted.

Showstopper:
This could give a competitor unlimited power to destroy a creator, making wildest accusations without the creator even noticing what is happening in the comment section of his own creation (of all places) Being completely powerless because of the inability to respond. This is giving ill spirited people ultimate power to control a narrative behind the creators back and while this might not qualify for a free speech violation, it certainly is a legal issue.
