Base tag content filter

There should be a new content filter for the base tag, A reason why is take for an example the common tag "clothing" now for a base tag, that would be a lora for a piece of clothing to add in your LoRa. But for images the "clothing" common tag would be any person wearing clothing which is basically all the images of a person, this prevents you seeing so many people images because the common tag "clothing" is added to the example images of the person you want to view.

I have no interest in seeing a piece of clothing on my feed, but due to having no separation between base tag and common tag, it stops so many images from showing up due to applying to both base tag and common tag when i just want it for base tag.
