Base Model Tags in Models Gallery

Currently, the corner of each image displays a tag indicating the base model used, with options such as 'SDXL.' While this is informative, there is no way to differentiate between base models that are not 'SDXL', especially when there are variations like 'SD 1.5' and 'SD 2.1.'

I suggest moving the 'Base Model' information, currently in the details of the model, onto the tags. The change should regard all the model types for example "Lora, checkpoint, Workflows".

I believe it would be beneficial for the future since i am sure that there will be many more base models, and it won't be sufficient information for us to know if the model is 'SDXL' or not.
