Allow us to customize the images feed

Currently there are topics we can pick in the images feed but they cannot be rearranged. Allowing us to arrange them to fit our interests would be a very useful quality of life improvement. For instance I like browsing sci fi images but they are waaaaay on the end for some inexplicable reason. I’d like to move that tab over to avoid having to scroll over every time I visit the site.
