Allow creators to append a text or link to every model card they made.

Alternatively: allow to add a resource to every model card a creator made at once.

or Alternatively: Have a short text/link with faq or similar box under a creators name on a model card. (a bit more than the link icons, that are currently there)

Would be incredibly useful for: adding useful articles, addressing frequently asked questions.

Going through a longer library of model cards one by one is incredibly tedious.
