Allow any user to add the tags of a certain model

Allow any user to add the tags of a certain model (Rather, not the title) It would help a lot, make a voting system and add tags, ultimately the model is searchable by the title (guarantee of the one who uploads the model) But the tags would be better if they were organized by the consumers of the product and not by the creators, so the consumers participate more and find what they are looking for more easily. As for the false tags, in the first instance a majority voting system solves this and in the second instance it is the consumers who regulate this, so nothing happens if there are models with the wrong tags (currently, nothing is happening right now, in short the people search by titles, since the tags are not working very well)
