Allow adding your own scheduled resources to a model's Suggested Resources

I often do LoRAs in series (e.g., a bunch of different characters from same work/series), and schedule my LoRAs to release once per day (sometimes as much as a week in advance), and would like to link these and already posted LoRAs in their suggested resources pages. Currently only public resources can be added to suggested resources, and there’s a significant delay after a resource goes public before it can be added to another work’s recommended resources. It would make things way easier for me if I could just set these links up ahead of time.
