Adjust bounty minimum buzz requirements

I saw someone post a 500 buzz reward for a Flux bounty and realized the bounty system has not adjusted the minimum to reflect Flux’s 2000+ buzz cost of training. While at it, I’d like to see the minimum lowered for image bounties: 500 is extremely excessive when people are asking for something that needs local gen but isn’t particularly complex (two different versions of a character interacting). I feel ~100 would be a more practical minimum for image gen requests on 1.5/XL/PDXL
