Adding a model information to downloaded models and in email

Hi,

I think it would be a good idea to add a model information to the downloaded LoRA models to which model LoRa 1.5 / SDXL / Pony / etc. applies. It would make it easier to save models in local collections.

For example: NAME_OF_THE_LORA_Pony

It would also be a good idea to change the description scheme of the models sent informing about the completed LoRA training.

Currently, the email contains information such as V1 / V2 / V3 / V4 etc. (if you use multi-training). I think it would be a good idea to change it so that each version would include the type of the model it is intended for, such as 1.5 / SDXL / Pony / etc.

For example:

Your model "NAME_OF_THE_MODEL - PONY" is ready for review

Instead of:

Your model "NAME_OF_THE_MODEL - V1" is ready for review
