Add the ability for users to request image generations from users you follow.

I am suggesting this(somewhat selfishly) as a way to rekindle my waning interest in AI generation while stimulating engagement between users and their followers. I also believe this feature will be good for this site and it’s userbase.

This would be a seperate feature from the bounty feature as it would be a direct request to a followed user and not an open bounty. I imagine this behaving similar to an artist’s open commission requests but with less expectations of the requested user. The requested user would have the option to charge buzz for requests, keep requests free, or a mixture of the two. The ability to limit requests per day, week, and/or month would be part of this feature as well.

Users would of course have the ability to shut this feature off completely if not interested in participating. Additionally, the option to refuse requests by content type or for any reason at all would be baked in. Ideally, this could be achieved by auto-refusing tags the user does not want to create in addition to an optional user created blurb describing what is ok to request and what is not.
