Add “Prompt Verified” Tag to Ensure Prompt-Image Accuracy

With the recent changes to Civitai’s NSFW prompt policy, many users are now required to include detailed and accurate prompts for NSFW generations. However, some uploads are circumventing this requirement by using vague placeholders like “1girl” — even when the image clearly contains far more detail and complexity.

This undermines the intent of the policy, makes it harder to reproduce results, and weakens the integrity of the site.

I propose adding a “Prompt Verified” tag (or badge) that indicates a provided prompt matches the visible content in the image.

1. Community Validation:
   Allow users to upvote or flag whether prompts accurately describe the image. Verified prompts receive a badge once they meet a certain trust threshold.

2. Prompt Justification Field (Optional):
   Let uploaders include a short explanation of how their prompt describes the image, especially useful for NSFW content.

3. Long-Term Option – AI Similarity Check:
   In the future, Civitai could explore AI tools to semantically compare the prompt and image and assist with automatic validation or moderation.
