Add notification for new versions of models from creators you follow

I think there should be a notification for new/ updated versions of models from creators you follow. There are a lot of models I have not seen from creators that i followed and some will update really one ones. I do not like/favorite them so i cannot see the notification of them being updated. I think there should be a notification for these updated ones.
