Add mouse hover labels to icons

Civitai uses icons everywhere but many of them have mysterious meanings. A few are obvious (like thumbs up and heart). The clickable ones can be figured out by trial and error. The icons that aren’t clickable will forever remain a mystery to me… unless labels are added. This should be a straightforward addition for the web developers; it’s a common need for any web site with ADA compliance features. If you could add mouse hover labels for as many icons as possible, that would be a great help.

One other point… Civitai appears to be used by people all over the world. A pictogram that is obvious to one culture my be an enigma to others. Civitai is an awesome resource for stable diffusion and I think this addition would make it even better.
