Add meta data parsing for video files MP4, gif, webm

Currently meta data in video files under comment is ignored preventing creating videos with metadata already inside ready to be uploaded to citivai. Parse the comment section of meta data at least looking for “prompt: “myprompt”” or some kind of json structure. The new meta data requirements currently block all video uploads (without manually adding a field)
