Add indication of message on a post

Here is an example of a post with a message: https://civitai.com/posts/407488
There is no indication in the gallery that this post has a message inside, so a lot of communication is lost due to the system hiding a lot of info.
Currently, there is an indication about messages with review, that looks like this:

But no indication of a message inside a post.
I suggest 2 changes:
1. Add another icon that would indicate the message here, between name and rating:

2. Add a notification about the message when it's sent.
