Add an option to choose an order of precedence in base models in the model browser

Currently, you can filter models in the model browser by base model and you’ll see all the models that have at least one version with the base model of your choosing. But if you select multiple base models in the filters and someone’s model has a version for more than one base model from your filters, whichever version gets displayed in the model browser (along with the preview image and the base model icon in the top left corner of the card) seems to be either random or decided by the author of the mod. What I’d like to do is to pick an order of precedence of base models. For example: I’d like to be able to set my filters so that if a model has an Illustrious version, it gets displayed first. If not, then the PonyXL version. And if it has neither, then the base SDXL version.
