add a way to appeal image removal

I noticed that about an hour ago, multiples of my image were removed for breaking the tos, after reading the tos (again) I noticed that 2 image could be considered against the tos, but 4 of them were not against the tos.

However, after searching on the website (and on google) I have noticed that there was no way to get the image to be added back.

That's the reason why im suggesting to add a way to appeal after one or multiples of our image get deleted, with the ability to say why we think it was a mistake, and more info about why exactly it got deleted.
