Add a "Go to Model" link on image posts

When I see an image , I want to be able to click the "Model" field in the prompt box and be linked to the model used to create the image

On a related note: I sometimes name my model all sorts of things when prompting.

Since Civitai can detect which model was used regardless of the name, I would prefer that the Civitai name for the model is displayed in the prompt box for the image.

Example: I use "Analog Madness" to generate an image. The model is saved as "model.safetensors" when I create it.

Then the civitai prompt box should read "Analog Madness" and provide a link to the model on the civitai site (if it exists).
