Add a feature to view a LoRA's metadata

Most LoRAs (and I assume other kinds of models as well) come with a metadata header in JSON format. This isn’t a secret and can be quite helpful/interesting. It would be really nice if one could view that data directly on the website instead of downloading and cracking out the ol’ hex editor, you’re a model hosting website after all. You could format it all nice and stuff but even a raw text dump would be fine.
